


GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

The group sessions are based in Primrose Hill and are a friendly, supportive and fun environment to help you get fit, healthy, strong and confident. They are female-only outdoor fitness and bootcamp-style classes which are suitable for all ages and levels.

These classes are run all year round and are bookable in three ‘terms’ over the year - once you have purchased a pass for the current term you are covered for unlimited classes in that term.

SATURDAY 9.00am – 10.00am

Saturday 9.00am is a drop-in session - you don’t have to be a pass-holder to attend. The Saturday session only costs £10 – please bring cash to pay on the day or it can also be paid online (ask me for details).

We do not operate a refund policy and passes are non-transferable to next term. If you’d like to discuss anything further please contact me.

You must pre-purchase a pass to come to our weekday workouts.

There are no physical passes – that’s just what the membership that you buy is called!

You normally do not have to let us know which workouts you are coming to – great flexibility!
